The experience of a business executive + the passion of a mom
"I have been in the nutrition industry for more than 20 years.
I have been involved in sales, customer service, purchasing, administration and manufacturing. I have managed stores, offices, warehouses and large production facilities. But more than my resume or my hands-on experience, it is my perspective as a mother of two young children that drives my passion and my commitment to Purium.
My interest in health and nutrition began while I was in school and worked at a health food store. The owner of the store was a knowledgeable and dedicated Certified Clinical Nutritionist. It was her ability to positively impact the lives of so many people that directed my career path toward health, wellness and plant-based nutrition.
Fast forward to today. I have two daughters, Madilyn age 4 and Addison age 3. They come to work with me every day. Their presence reminds me that what we do at Purium is important. As a working mom I understand the challenges that families face when making choices about nutrition. I understand that busy moms often times are forced to make 'compromises of convenience.' I also know that healthy food isn’t always the least expensive food. Our goal at Purium is to deliver superior whole food nutrition, convenience and taste all at affordable prices. Every day that is my focus.
