I graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Exercise Science and Nutrition. I was a personal trainer, aerobics instructor, and student strength and conditioning coach for a few years before becoming a nurse. I have been a RN for over 7 years now, with experience in both allopathic and holistic medicine. I truly believe there is a place in the world for both, but it is our personal responsibility to take care of our own bodies.
